The mission of the American Business Women’s Association is to bring together businesswomen of diverse occupations and to provide opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support and national recognition.

Come Visit Us
We love meeting new people! Guests are welcome to attend any open Chapter meetings, which run September through July and are held on the first THURSDAY of each month from 11:45 AM to 1 PM at Southern Market Lancaster in downtown Lancaster, PA OR virtually as we navigate these challenging times.
It costs $15 for guests and $10 for members to join our meetings to engage with each other and listen to a riveting speaker each month. At this time, our virtual meetings are only $5 and open to members and guests.
Lunch will be available to purchase at Southern Market Lancaster. The market offers a variety of cuisines and accommodates most dietary needs.
Our August meeting is reserved for current and new members, during which we recognize all the incredible women who work to make our Chapter the premiere business organization in Lancaster and plan for the upcoming Chapter year.
Monthly Educational Speakers
Each month from September through July we host entertaining, dynamic and inspiring speakers from the greater Lancaster community and beyond.
INVOLVED IN OUR COMMUNITY
We volunteer at least twice a year in an effort to contribute to the greater Lancaster community. Giving back is important to us and helps us grow stronger together as sisters in ABWA.
Socials & Mixers
We host mixers throughout the year to give our members, curious guests and community members a chance to have a little fun together in downtown Lancaster.
