Six years have passed since the publication of Sheryl Sandberg's book Lean In: Women, Work, and the Will to Lead sparked much-needed discussion about women’s presence in leadership roles in government and industry.
Since then, women have achieved many “firsts” but we are barely moving the needle on issues such as income equality and representation in leadership positions. Let’s advance the conversation by revisiting some of the assertions Sheryl Sandberg made in her #1 National Best Seller, such as:
How important is a coalition of support in developing female leaders?
Should we rethink the role of mentors?
How does connecting with women’s untapped ambitions and leadership potential benefit an organization? Conversely, does it present organizational challenges?
Registration is due in advance by Monday, April 1st and can be done online.
We hope to see you there!
