Amanda Hoffman, Chapter President
Amanda Hoffman joined ABWA Penn Square in 2016 and quickly jumped in to become Vice President for the 2017-2018 Chapter year. She is the founder of Time Hackers Unite, a company dedicated to helping women and entrepreneurs to design their dream lives. Her passion is coaching women to build productive and growth-focused habits into their daily routines; working with entrepreneurs to streamline and scale their businesses through technology, reinvigorated copy and focused goal-planning; and presenting on topics such as the brain, mindsets, productivity and personal accountability.
As a former Millersville University student and a forever knowledge seeker, Amanda enjoys learning about many different industries and specializes in connecting people, promoting efficiency and sharing kindness. She enjoys spending time with her two Jack Russells, her cat, traveling, and reading anything she can get her hands on.
Rossella Russo, Chapter Vice President
Rossella Russo joined the ABWA Penn Square Chapter in the Spring of 2018 and is the Advertising Compliance & Risk Officer at Fulton Financial Corporation, a regional financial service company that consistently strives to provide superior customer experience.
For years, she managed a restaurant business with her family, and in pursuit of her passion for business, joined the rigorous Management Trainee Program at Fulton Financial Corporation after attending Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. In her current position, she ensures the marketing of the bank’s products and services is promoted fairly and accurately through the utilizing of expertise in pertinent acts, regulations and standards that guide and govern advertising
Rosy enjoys staying active and traveling. She has been to various states throughout the United States, Central America and overseas. When she has the opportunity, she visits family and friends back in her homeland of Italy. She also enjoys seeking volunteer opportunities and has volunteered at various organizations throughout Lancaster County, including Power Packs, Tabor Community Services, The Gate House and the American Heart Association.
What she loves most about ABWA is the opportunity to work and network with talented professional women and community leaders that make up the chapter and overall organization.
Jennie Weinhold, Chapter Secretary
Jennie learned early on that she had a passion for business. She attended Shippensburg University and earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Jennie worked in small business for 3 ½ years, then opted to expand her career opportunities, working for a large hospital management company for over 7 years, supporting both the Tax Department and Human Resources in a variety of positions. But when an opportunity was presented for her to carry on her family’s wellness business, she opted off the Corporate Career track to become an entrepreneur.
Jennie has been working in the wellness industry for over 20 years. She initially began her wellness career as a 3rd generation Shaklee Independent Distributor, carrying on her mother’s and grandparent’s businesses offering natural solutions that can improve health in all areas of wellness.
Shaklee also offers her an income opportunity to earn career income while teaching and training others to do the same. It’s a perfect career for Jennie as she is driven to help and serve others. Today, she continues to grow her Shaklee business, and now offers additional services such as personalized Wellness Coaching.
Jennie’s passion for people shines through as she supports her clients, business team and associates in all areas of Wellness. In addition, Jennie has been a member of ABWA for over 10 years, and was the 2013 Woman of the Year and 2018 Top 10 Nominee on behalf of Lancaster Area Express Network-ABWA.
