Amanda Hoffman, Chapter President

Amanda Hoffman joined ABWA Penn Square in 2016 and quickly jumped in to become Vice President for the 2017-2018 Chapter year. She is the founder of Time Hackers Unite, a company dedicated to helping women design their dream lives. As a speaker and coach, her passion is teaching her clients how to build productive and growth-focused habits into their daily routines; working with entrepreneurs to conduct strategy sessions through focused goal-planning; and presenting on topics such as the brain, mindsets, productivity and personal accountability.

As a former Millersville University student and a forever knowledge seeker, Amanda enjoys learning about many different industries and specializes in connecting people, promoting efficiency and sharing kindness. In addition to her work as a coach and speaker, she works with Lancaster County Coffee Roasters, Randy George Hospitality, Regional Financial Security Agency and Marie Forleo International in multiple capacities. She enjoys spending time with her two Jack Russells, her cat, traveling, cooking and reading anything she can get her hands on.


Deb Joyce, Chapter Vice President

Deb Joyce joined the ABWA Penn Square chapter in 2019. After attending as a guest, she immediately felt passionate about the group and its mission. Deb’s passion for building relationships in the Lancaster community started when she arrived in Lancaster County in 2014. She is also a Leadership Lancaster graduate from the 2014 Core Class. Deb earned her degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix in 2012 as an adult learner. She currently is a Market Manager for Citadel Federal Credit Union. Citadel’s promise is to deliver superior banking products by providing Citadel Class Service.

Her love for animals and as an advocate of animal welfare, she also currently serves on the Humane PA Board of Directors. Humane PA is a statewide and national force to save animals and help people be the best caretakers they can be. Deb loves spending time with her four children, husband and two dogs.


Beth Lovell, Chapter Secretary

Beth Lovell joined the ABWA Penn Square Chapter as a secondary member in 2018 and has been a primary member of ABWA Lancaster Area Express Network for multiple years.

Her company, Employment Issues! has been responsible for human resource consulting for businesses for over twenty years. Her passions include helping businesses in Lancaster County to create and improve employee handbooks, job postings, interview processes and much more.

Beth is a lifelong learner and enjoys both meeting new people through community and networking events and spending time with her family and friends.


Jennifer Spinner, Chapter Treasurer

Jennifer Spinner joined the ABWA Penn Square Chapter in the fall of 2018. She is an Internal Audit Manager at Fulton Financial Corporation and has been with the bank for eight years. Prior to Fulton, she worked as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers for three years specializing in the financial services industry. Jennifer is a Certified Internal Auditor and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from West Chester University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Shippensburg University.

Jennifer enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. She also serves as a Trustee at her Church. Jennifer enjoys being involved with the ABWA as it provides her with an opportunity to work and network with talented professional women and community leaders.
